The WRXSA Club Committee consists of many key members who willingly give up their time to help support and run our successful club. Big thanks must go out to all of these members for their hard work and commitment!

Let’s face it, we have a strong and enthusiastic member base as well, and there must be a lot of people willing to step up and support our hard working committee members! If that sounds like you, we’re always looking for people to assist in support roles, or even additional roles to these listed below. Please contact any of these committee members or come along to one of our monthly meetings – every little bit helps.

NOTE: You must be a logged in member to expand each role below and see the contact details and responsibilities of each Committee Member. Alternatively if you don’t have a login you can email committee@wrxsa.com

Committee Meetings

WRXSA Committee Meetings are generally held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, 7pm at rotating locations*.

*Please note committee meetings may be postponed or take a ‘virtual’ meeting format during COVID-19 restrictions. Visit Facebook for the latest updates.

We usually meet from 6pm onwards for a drink and casual dinner at your leisure, or just come for the official meeting proceedings from 7pm. Meetings can range from 1-2 hours in total most months.

All members are welcome to attend and the club is very keen to have as much input from members as possible. If you have any ideas on how we can improve, new events, or simply want to raise your hand and help out with whatever is needed, it would be much appreciated!

Meetings are held in a very relaxed manner. Sure, as a registered club we have some procedures to follow but let’s be honest, we’re all like-minded motor enthusiasts and the general atmosphere reflects that.

If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact our club Secretary for further details.

We look forward to seeing you there!
